The Catholic Church of St. Michael in Euerbach was newly built in 1970 and has a high, wood-paneled ceiling. The ceiling construction resembles a circus tent with large, colorful glass windows integrated into the sides of the ceiling. This relatively modern church contains several historical figures and monuments.

The Poppenhäuser "Favorite Place" is located between Obbach and Kützberg on the heights, in a place steeped in history with the best view of the Schweinfurt Basin. On a clear day you can even see the Steigerwald from here. The "favourite place" in the form of a bench is right next to the "Wartturm". In the late Middle Ages, the approx. 6 m high tower made of quarry stone was part of a warning system along the trade route from Franconia to Thuringia (source: Kulturführer Oberes Werntal, available in the town hall). The Celts also left their mark not far away in the forest, and around 50 burial mounds can still be seen today. Not far from there is the "Nagelessee", which is also worth a detour. The biotope attracts frogs, which give a free concert during the summer months. Poppenhäuser's "Favorite Place" is part of the hiking trail network system of the particularly attractive Schweinfurt Wanderlust trails "Around Kützberg" and "Around Obbach" and invites you to take a break. On warm days you can let the sun shine on your face and enjoy the wonderful view.

The imposing castle in Obbach, once built by the barons of Bobenhausen, is a real eye-catcher in this part of the municipality. In the middle of the village, next to the evangelical parish church, it towers over the roofs. One of the special half-timbered houses is the historic Aschenbau from 1698, in whose outbuilding potash was once produced. Today the castle is privately owned and cannot be visited. An agricultural estate belongs to Obbach Castle. The manager couple, Bernhard Schreyer and Petra Sandjohann, came to the farm in 1998 and converted it to organic farming according to the guidelines of the Naturland association. 275 hectares are cultivated. The Gutshof was funded by the Federal Ministry of Agriculture selected as demonstration farm organic farming. The farm's own organic food is available in the farm shop.
