Great protected North-South bikeway. There is a parking lot on Old Country Road and East Bethpage way for the trailway and there might be others.

Being that us it next door to NY psychiatric hospital made this trip very spooky. ventured off the main trail with my partner for alittle bit. wouldn't have done it with her.
