A beautiful little gem! Beautiful views, plenty of picnic tables, restrooms, a playground, informative signs, and two pairs of binoculars. I'm already looking forward to more picnics there! Beware of a wasp nest in the ground and the strong smell of dead fish among the rocks.

The bathrooms are top notch. Clean. Unlike what you often see in bathrooms in public parks, the mirrors are actually glass (not shiny metal) and the toilets are ceramic. Their water fountains even have a bottle refilling nozzle like you often see at airports. They have a big covered area on the backside of the bathroom building with a few picnic tables. It was the perfect place for us to wait out a passing thunderstorm on our Erie Canal Trail ride.
