Nice Italian restaurant with a large terrace serving delicious snacks and meals. They even allow bicycle parking 😉. The place next door doesn't seem to welcome cyclists 😢 A great place for a break before or after a hike in the Eifel Mountains.

From the cycle path along the Von-Sandt-Ufer, you have a fantastic view of the other side of the Rhine: the "Bonner Bogen" (Bonn Arch) with its architectural highlights, the Kameha Grand Hotel and the Rohmühle (Raw Mill).

The end just before Meckenheim is stupid, the rest is ok

It is a cycle path, but neither a very good nor a racing bike path. But it is easy to ride on, but be careful of the road damage that is not always clearly visible when going downhill.
