The St. Urban Church is a Romanesque hall church from the 12th century and shapes the center of Aspenstedt. Particularly worth seeing is the medieval tower as well as the historical interior with the altarpiece and the Röver organ from the 18th century. A visit is especially worthwhile if you are interested in well-preserved village churches with centuries of building history.

The Bock post mill, built in 1864, is a well-preserved technical monument where the entire mill house can be turned into the wind – this is typical of this very old type of mill. A visit is particularly worthwhile during events or mill days, when the mill is often open and you can experience the historical technology and the attached bakehouse in operation.

The post mill was built in 1864. Originally, two of the four wings of the mill were equipped with Hecht blinds, the others with sails. After the mill fell into disrepair, it was gradually renovated from 1995 onwards, and all wings are now equipped with sails. The mill's technical equipment, such as the grinding mill, grist mill, roller mill and hexagonal sifter, has been completely preserved. In addition, there is a peeling machine and a sorter as cleaning systems, as well as an elevator, elevators and an electric motor dating from 1925. Source: Wikipedia
