Very nice, not only on foot but also by bike. You do have to lift the bike over a tree trunk now and then, but the smell of the pines, the view of the water and the path itself... pure compensation.

The protected forest "Dubrow Natural Forest" serves to preserve, maintain, and research the near-natural woodland reed grass-pine-sessile oak forest in order to observe its natural development. It enables the study of forest communities, soils, vegetation, fauna, and forest structure, as well as their dynamics, and serves as a demonstrative area for silviculture, near-natural forest management, and forestry education. Furthermore, genetic resources are secured, biodiversity is preserved, and the self-developing communities are permanently protected.

Nice resting place with a view of the lake through the trees. However, the path to the bench is quite overgrown.

There is a picnic area not far from this spot. 👍

Above this spot there is a picnic area, which is unfortunately a bit old. If it is not mosquito season (which was the case on my tour) it is still a nice place to stay. 👍 From there a trail leads down to the water. If you dare, you should definitely take it. The trail is not easy to find, especially in summer, due to the vegetation. By the way, it is not steeply downhill/uphill, but in "serpentines". 😉 But I think it is worth the effort. 😃

Nice, mostly shady corner with lots of benches, but the bathing area is currently not the cleanest at the entrance to the lake.
