Not accessible with cargo bikes or trailers, best to use the bridge about 200m upstream.

When you see the bridge, you know you're still on the right path 😉. We really enjoyed riding the narrow paths with our mountain bike-loving children, and the bridge was a highlight.

The fine gravel is peppered with many large stones (3-4 cm). Interspersed with sections with many sandy patches. Still manageable for mountain bikers or gravel riders, but the touring cyclists had already given up on the cobblestones. I cycled from Krakow to Güstrow; a more pleasant route would probably have been Krakow>Bellin>Kirch Rosin (cycle path)>Güstrow.

A huge brick Gothic building that dominates the entire city center, especially when you consider that the cathedral is already the only church of this size in the city! (The tower roof was added later.) A magnificent, very detailed altar (in times without TV and electronic media, it must have been like watching TV!), finely crafted Gothic figures above (next to Christ on the cross), a beautifully painted spiral staircase to the gallery and a few Art Nouveau wall designs are very pleasing.

In the former train station there is a cheap room for rent. According to booking.com "no amenities". The station is inhabited by a men's shared flat. They have hoisted the flag of the Federal President outside. But they didn't want to tell me whether they vote for the AfD. .

The ambience is simple. From the terrace you can watch the trains coming and going. Restaurant run by Indians with international cuisine. Good and inexpensive. And open from lunch to dinner!
