The only flat area I've found to train nearby. Wind kicks up by 10:30/11 so go early.

This flat, paved path that runs alongside the Santa Ynez River is perfect for a run. You're afforded wonderful views of the Santa Ynez Mountains to your east.

This is a nice park to begin and end a run. It's a large grassy area perfect for doing laps.

This is an awesome road to ride on! It's really peaceful, and you get to enjoy mountain and vineyard views while following the Santa Ynez river.

A steep climb, followed by a gently sloping downhill. This section is really pretty, but be careful, it gets bumpy at times.

Breathtaking, secluded route with little shade (do not forget drinks, because here it gets hot from noon). Attention at the downhill (as of 10.2019) was the asphalt in very bad condition with partly wash basket large potholes.
