For those entering and leaving the Milwaukee City centre, there is a vast network of bike paths throughout the Milwaukee area. The paths themselves are a great way to navigate the area, however the quality of the asphalt in the cities is debatable. The city officials of the city should perhaps take better care of these cycleways, as they are developing rather larger potholes here and there, I would only recommend using tyres > 28mm width. The city in itself is very bikeable.

Don’t miss the stunning views of Lake Michigan from the museum’s café. With rotating exhibitions and an impressive permanent collection, it’s worth taking your time to explore both the art and the building itself.
