The surrounding area is particularly rich in species: two-thirds of the Dutch breeding bird species and more than half of all wild plant species in our country can be found here. There's something to do in every season. In spring, there are orchid trails and excursions; in summer, children can catch aquatic animals; and in autumn, there's an autumn expedition for the whole family.

The facades, constructed in large-format yellow bricks, predominantly feature straight-closed facade openings with wider lintels. A crawl space is located beneath the entire building.
