Without being knowledgeable about the subject, at first glance it is a different hermitage in terms of its construction, similar to a hybrid between a church and a farmhouse, with its two arches and that porch at the entrance, which on the other hand offer shade to the traveler and a good place to stop to rest and get some fresh air, since shade as such is not abundant in the area, since the orography is beginning to be of the most arid type. It is a church declared a cultural site of local interest, although I do not have data regarding the date of construction and so on.

Beautiful place... the one where under a fair sun you find the shade of a large banana tree that allows you to rest and refresh yourself on the grass, while the sun goes down and you decide to find the moment to continue the way

The part of medieval work that is preserved, allows a dating in the late medieval period (14th-15th century) although the facing of the central pillar, which is different from the rest, allows us to suppose an earlier construction. https://www.rutasconhistoria.es/loc/el-pont-vell-d-alfarras
