On the way to the Oste Sperrwerk, an original snack bar with herring sandwiches and cake🤗. The tour along the Oste from Hemmoor is a bit boring as you mostly only see the dike instead of the Oste. The continuation to the Sperrwerk is worthwhile!

It is advisable to confirm specific park rules regarding pets before planning your visit.
As a tropical rainforest, Belum experiences a warm and humid climate year-round. While hiking is generally possible throughout the year, it's wise to consider the wet and dry seasons. The dry season might offer more comfortable trekking conditions with less rainfall, but the rainforest's lushness and waterfalls are impressive during the wetter periods.
