In the heart of the historic center of Servian lies Le Petit Molière, a winegrower's house dating from the late 19th century. It bears witness to the importance of viticulture in the development of the villages of the Biterrois at that time. Carefully restored, the residence has retained several elements of its original character, notably its traditional tiling. Today, transformed into a guest house, it benefits from the "Accueil Vélo" label, making it a particularly suitable address for cyclists passing through Servian.

Servian is a small town, with a nice village center on the hill with small restaurants. Unfortunately, the marketplace was a construction site during my visit, so no pictures of this location. The town can be reached from Beziers via a former railway line.
