I couldn't find out the name of the church, but it had bowls of holy water in the entrance area, so it must be Catholic. Very beautiful church windows (8 in total) that have a special effect depending on the incidence of light.

A 50-km paved bike path, straight along the canal. And without any traffic of any kind. Cycling along it was simply fantastic ❗️❗️❗️

The D426 is a great way to cross the Rhine and thus the border. The road surface is somewhat rough, and there's relatively heavy traffic.

The weir was originally built as a defensive structure, allowing downstream areas to be flooded if necessary. Today, there's a pedestrian crossing over the Ill River on two levels: inside or on the roof. It's refreshingly cool inside in summer, and you can admire baroque stone figures in some niches. From the top, you'll enjoy one of the most beautiful panoramic views of the Old Town. 👍

A relaxing cruise along the Rhine-Rhône Canal. Super shady under the numerous trees, but also bumpy in places due to roots that lift the surface.
