As am curious, am returning to the places of knowledge. Was very lucky to meet the owners of the site. The wheel dates from the 19th century. Note its square-headed bolts, just like the shutter hinges of the time. It was used to operate a wood lathe, with a workbench at the end. Just like the threshers of old, except the power was at full force with the crank. The owner offered it to museums to no avail.
