Shortly after its confluence with the Thur, the Rhine forms a magnificent loop in the middle of nature. The river is never as beautiful as when it undulates through the landscapes.

Observe the right of way rules: Too narrow for crossing - whoever gets their bike on the bridge first has the right of way

Restaurant Tössegg is a nice restaurant with a large terrace with a view over the Rhine River. The outdoor area is covered with large shade trees and an awning to keep things cool on hot days and dry on the rain away. When leaving the restaurant in the direction of Eglisau, the road is gravel for the first 500 meters. Easy to ride on with a roadbike with minimal vibration.
