A lovely walk along the water and through the park. I went for a swim in the lake afterward. A very quiet and tranquil morning.

A chapel well worth seeing, one of the oldest in the Lake Constance area. It is known for its wall paintings, which date from different eras. Until now, the chapel was always open to visitors during the day.

The St. Leonhard Chapel in Landschlacht dates back to the 10th/11th century and was apparently built as the successor to an even older, smaller chapel on the same site. Due to its wall paintings from various eras, the chapel is known far beyond the borders of Thurgau. The chapel is located in the middle of a meadow, and just 100m away, a small seating area with a water feature offers shade and relaxation with a view of the chapel.

Great for strolling and I recommend a visit to the restaurant right on the water (Silo 5 or Schlössli)
