This small hotel-restaurant is lovingly run by Viviane and Francois. For us, it was once again a bullseye! A pleasant room and a delicious dinner and breakfast. And all at a reasonable price. The bicycles could be left in the dining room. With more guests, we would have put them in a garage. We didn't find a website of our own. It is described here: https://www.tourisme-bearn-gaves.com/offres/hotel-restaurant-au-petit-bearn-salies-de-bearn-fr-2142611/

Considered the little Béarn Venice, Salies-de-Béarn is mainly known for its saltwater spring. The town reveals an old centre with narrow streets and atypical houses.

A really beautiful cycle path on an old railway line. It is completely asphalted and is therefore a wonderful ride and there are one or two bridge highlights to admire along the way.
